By using the website or our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our medical alert services

Watchful Alert offers personal emergency response (medical alert) devices and monitoring programs. Specific pricing, program features, equipment and service terms are provided to you before you enroll and are confirmed in your service agreement.

A medical alert system is designed to help you summon assistance. It is not a substitute for calling 911 when you are able to, and it does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

• Devices rely on electrical power, battery charge and cellular network coverage. Service may be unavailable or delayed where coverage is limited or a device is not charged.
• GPS location is an estimate and may not always be precise, especially indoors.
• You should test your device regularly as instructed and keep your contact and medical-response information up to date.
• Response times depend on many factors outside our control, including local emergency services.

Equipment, billing and cancellation

Where equipment is provided at no cost with a monthly monitoring program, it remains subject to the terms of that program. Monitoring fees, billing frequency, cancellation steps and any equipment-return requirements are described in your service agreement. Advertised prices such as "as low as $1 a day" refer to specific program options and may vary by plan.

Medicaid and other coverage

Medicaid eligibility and coverage depend on your state, your individual eligibility and program requirements. Pre-qualification is not a guarantee of approval or coverage. Certain restrictions apply — contact us for details for your state.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Watchful Alert related to your inquiry or service.

• Types of messages: responses to your inquiries, appointment or call reminders, order and shipping updates, account and billing notices, and service-related announcements.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting in: you may opt in by entering your phone number on our website forms and checking the consent box, or by texting us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.
