Partnership questions
What types of organizations can become healthcare partners?
We work with physician practices, clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted-living facilities, home health agencies, rehabilitation facilities, case managers and discharge planners. Each partnership request is reviewed individually.
How do referrals work?
After your partnership is set up, we'll agree on a referral process that fits your workflow. Patient information is exchanged only through appropriate channels — please don't include patient details in the website form.
Is there a minimum order volume?
There is no minimum to start a conversation. Volume pricing and account options depend on your organization's needs and are discussed during onboarding.
